Returns and Exchanges Policy

All products are exchangeable and refundable within 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refund will be accepted.

Of course, the returned item must be unused and in perfect condition to have access to reimbursement. It must also be in its original packaging.

You will be asked for a receipt in order to have access to the reimbursement.

Returning an item is at the customer's expense. Therefore, if a refund request is made, it will be the customer's duty to return the item directly to us. Once received and inspected, a refund will be authorized and returned to the customer through the original method of payment.

All discounted items are final sale and no refunds will be permitted.
